E-I Operator / maintenance technician

Are you that precise E-I Operator who wants to further make the Netherlands sustainable together with us?

Do you already have experience as an Operator and preferably in Geothermal energy?

Then we are looking for you!

As an Operator, you operate and maintain a production process or (geothermal) installation. Together with your colleagues, you work on all processes related to the management of the geothermal systems. This is with the aim of utilizing the installations optimally and thus being able to deliver our sustainable heat to our customers.

To achieve this:

· You perform measurements

· You carry out small repairs yourself

· You switch a doublet on and off and undertake the actions necessary to optimally maintain the wells and keep them in production.

· You have thorough knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, and instrumental equipment related to the production and process installations, including the operation and maintenance of pump and piping systems and associated control systems.

· You discover malfunctions and technical problems, which you can analyze and solve. You respond quickly to deviations and implement solutions to keep production at the required level.

· You are familiar with ARBO (health and safety) guidelines and laws and regulations for mining installations.

· You ensure cleanliness and general order at the locations

· You work from a maintenance management program

A professional with a technical MBO or HBO education, who wants to join our team for at least 32 hours per week. You are precise, work safely, are result-oriented, and have technical insight. Development is possible, also towards the tasks and responsibilities of an Installation Manager!

Furthermore, you are:

• Positively critical with at least 10 years of experience in a technical environment;

• Affinity with the electrical side of installations and measurement and control technology;

• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of a production installation or (comparable) geothermal installation;

• Familiar with both theory and practice regarding the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment in ATEX classified zones in line with legislation, standards, and norms.

• Strong communicatively, both orally and in writing, in the Dutch language;

• Available at our locations within an hour when necessary, because this is required for safety and continuity.

• An active part of the Operations – Production Geothermal team and therefore also in the Fault Service (once every 8-10 weeks)

Certified in the following trainings or willing to obtain them:

• Preferred MBO/HBO education in Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation

• VCA VOL

• TMS Radiation Expert level 5 or willing to become this.

• BHV AED, capable of fulfilling the role of Head BHV

• NEN 3140 VOP or NEN 3140 VP LS;

• BMI;

• VAPRO Safety;

• ESP pump;

• Dräger - gas detection equipment;

• Forklift certificate, reach truck, aerial work platform cat. 3a, safe movement of loads.
