Data Analyst

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €5,900 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As a Data Analyst, you help organizations extract more value from their data. You analyze datasets, discover patterns, and translate data into insights that contribute directly to better decision-making. You develop dashboards and reports, work on data models, and support organizations in improving data quality and information provision. In addition, you work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and other data specialists to clarify issues and convert them into usable solutions. Within modern Microsoft data environments, you work with technologies such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Databricks. You bring structure to data, make complex information understandable, and actively contribute to the data-driven way of working for clients. At the same time, you get plenty of room to acquire new knowledge and further develop yourself within our data community.

• Working on challenging data and analytics projects where you help organizations convert data into valuable insights using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Databricks;
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and other data professionals to realize data solutions that are actually used;
• Personal guidance via a dedicated Career Manager who works with you on your development within the Data & AI field;
• A strong in-house L&D program with ample attention to SQL, Power BI, Python, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and modern analytical techniques;
