As a Junior Service Advisor, you will be trained to become the go-to contact person for our BMW and MINI drivers. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and learn step-by-step how to advise customers, how to translate technical information, and how to ensure our service process runs smoothly.

• Receive customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Convert customer questions and complaints into clear work orders
• Coordinate with the workshop and monitor the scheduling
• Inform customers about the work performed
• Process administrative tasks correctly
• Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
