Incoming Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced facilities professional ready for a next step? Do you maintain an overview across multiple locations and do you have an affinity with housing, maintenance, safety, and QHSE? At AGAM Mercedes-Benz, you will get the opportunity to further expand your knowledge and experience and grow into Facilities Manager of our six branches.

Because our current Facilities Manager is expected to depart in 2029, we want to invest in a good succession even now. You will therefore get the opportunity to work intensively with him over the coming years and gradually take over his activities and responsibilities. Growing into Facilities Manager is our shared goal, during which we will regularly evaluate together how your development is progressing and whether the next step is appropriate.

As an Incoming Facilities Manager, you will learn step-by-step how to organize safe, efficient, and future-proof facility services within AGAM. You will support and increasingly take on tasks independently, from the management of showrooms, workshops, warehouses, and offices to maintenance, company assets, and supplier management.

You will also further build your expertise in the areas of QHSE, RI&E, and BHV. Together with the current Facilities Manager, you will work on a careful handover, so that you can carry the integral responsibility in the long term.

• You are analytically strong and think in solutions;
• You have a hands-on mentality and are regularly present at the branches;
• You know how to bring others along in changes and improvements.
