As a Senior Marketing Coördinator at AGAM Mercedes-Benz, you combine creativity, data, and commercial insight with a strong focus on CRM and digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities and continuously seeking ways to optimize.

You develop and coordinate marketing activities based on commercial objectives, market developments, and results from previous campaigns. In doing so, you keep the entire customer journey in view: from the first moment of contact and interest to becoming a lead, from a showroom visit to ultimately a long-term customer relationship.

With insights from campaign performance, website behavior, and CRM data, you discover where opportunities lie. You translate these into targeted campaigns, relevant customer communication, and smart marketing automation flows. This is how we ensure that we reach our customers at the right moment with the right message.

And of course, marketing at AGAM is not just about data and campaigns. You also help with organizing diverse events: from exclusive networking drinks and customer events to staff parties and everything in between.

• Marketing strategy & campaigns: You develop, coordinate, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns, translating commercial objectives into concrete activities and measurable KPIs.
• CRM & customer data: You leverage customer, campaign, and CRM data to segment target audiences, better understand customer needs, and make communication more personal and relevant.
• Marketing automation & customer journeys: You develop and optimize automated customer flows, such as lead nurturing, follow-up campaigns, and loyalty communication. With this, you contribute to a consistent and personal customer experience.
• Data & performance: You monitor campaign performance, website behavior, and conversion results. You translate insights into concrete optimizations and make the commercial impact of marketing transparent.
• Website & digital optimization: You actively contribute ideas regarding the development and optimization of our website, landing pages, and digital customer journey. In doing so, you look at usability, content, conversion, and lead generation.
• Collaboration & project coordination: You work together with internal teams, media and marketing agencies, and external partners. You also supervise photo and video productions for campaigns.
• Events & brand experience: You organize and coordinate customer-oriented and internal events that contribute to strong relationships and a distinctive brand experience.
