As a customer advisor, you will work in the Customer Value Center department. Virtually all actions surrounding a lease and financing contract are entrusted to this team of approximately 15 employees. You maintain contact with dealers and customers. If necessary, you forward the inquiry to other departments such as New Business, Contract Management, or Insurance, where they can further assist the customer.

You are responsible for providing information about lease and financing forms. You also support the back office with administrative processing. You handle emails and incoming telephone calls from customers. Using your built-up knowledge of processes, you analyze the customer inquiry and answer it accurately. If there are questions that require more analysis, you can call upon the team within BMW that takes over the customer inquiry.
