Service Advisor in the Netherlands

For our Peugeot branch in Heemskerk, we are looking for an enthusiastic service advisor to join our team.

What will you be doing?
As a service advisor, you are the first point of contact and the face of our branch. You welcome customers hospitably and help them with all their questions regarding maintenance and service. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you know exactly how to bridge the gap between the customer and the workshop.

Your duties are varied and include

• Creating work orders;

• The administrative processing of work;

• The scheduling of workshop appointments;

• Monitoring the progress of the schedule;

• Explaining performed work and invoices to customers.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that customers leave satisfied.

Who are you?
This role requires someone who stands firmly in their shoes and gets energy from a dynamic working environment. Experience as a service advisor is a plus, but your customer focus and organizational talent make the difference.

In addition, you bring the following:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role;

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• Full-time availability.
