Service Advisor Traineeship in the Netherlands

For our ABD location in Leeuwarden, we are looking for an ambitious trainee who wants to develop into a fully qualified Service Advisor. In this traineeship, you will learn everything about customer contact, planning, technology, commercial opportunities, and collaborating within a modern automotive organization.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers with questions about maintenance, repairs, and service for their car. You ensure that customers feel heard and leave their car with confidence.

Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn step by step how to:

• receive and advise customers;
• plan maintenance and repairs;
• create and process work orders;
• coordinate between the customer, workshop, and warehouse;
• arrange replacement transport;
• recognize commercial opportunities;
• communicate professionally, even under pressure;
• help customers in a pleasant and clear manner.

In addition, you will follow a practice-oriented traineeship consisting of 14 training days spread over 6 months, organized by Emil Frey. During the program, you will actively work on your communication, customer orientation, commercial skills, and personal growth.
