The role

Are you hospitable, organized, and do you have an affinity for technology?

As a Service Advisor at Louwman Toyota and Lexus Ridderkerk, you are the face of our workshop. You ensure that every customer leaves the door with a good feeling.

What you'll do

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our workshop and the beating heart of the team. You receive customers, listen attentively to their wishes, and translate this into clear work orders for the mechanics. At the same time, you keep a close eye on the schedule and monitor the progress of the work, so that everything runs smoothly.

You consult regularly with the workshop manager to coordinate which extra tasks are needed and discuss this clearly with the customer. When the car is ready, you prepare the invoice and take the time to explain everything well, so that the customer can get back on the road with peace of mind. Ordering parts, keeping the schedule in balance, and ensuring everyone knows where they stand - that is your daily routine.

In short: you are the linchpin who maintains an overview, supports colleagues, and ensures that customers leave the workshop with a smile.

What will you do?

You have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
You are service-oriented, professional, and customer-friendly.
You can maintain an overview, even when it is busy, and switch easily between customer, workshop, and planning.
You think in a solution-oriented manner and communicate clearly.
