· Education: MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably with an education in HRM or administration.
· Experience: at least two years of relevant administrative work experience within HR.
· Systems: you work fluently with Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of AFAS Profit and InSite is a plus.
· Way of working: you work carefully, handle personal data discreetly, and can set priorities.
· Communication: you have a good command of Dutch and enjoy having contact both in writing and in person.
At AGAM Mercedes-Benz, as an HR Assistant, you will get the space to work independently and be truly involved with our employees. From personnel administration to welcoming new colleagues: you ensure that everything is properly arranged. Together with a dedicated HR team, you support over 350 colleagues and continue to develop yourself within the HR profession.
A new contract that is ready on time, a change that is correctly processed, or a colleague who feels welcome: you will notice your work throughout the entire organization. You switch between administration and contact with people, while maintaining an overview and setting priorities yourself.
You get satisfaction from administration that is accurate, but you don't like sitting alone behind your screen all day. You enjoy helping colleagues, confidently address a group of new employees, and know when to handle something independently or to check in with others.
· Employment contracts and letters: drafting, checking, and processing agreements, extensions, and HR correspondence.
· AFAS and personnel files: processing personnel data and approved changes and keeping files up to date.
· Onboarding, movement, and offboarding: administratively guiding new colleagues and handling changes in position and termination of employment.
· Introduction mornings: independently preparing, organizing, and presenting the monthly morning to new employees.
· Contract management and overviews: identifying expiring contracts and maintaining HR data and change overviews.
· HR mailbox and questions: managing the shared HR mailbox daily, answering questions from employees and managers, and following up on requests in a timely manner.
