Infrastructure Foreman

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in the field of civil engineering, GWW (earthworks, water management, and infrastructure), or similar;

• At least 2 years of work experience as an infrastructure site manager;

• you have demonstrable experience in taking daily leadership over the execution of one or more projects, ensuring that activities are realized safely, qualitatively, and according to schedule and budget

• You are strong in planning and organizing, but you also switch gears quickly when unforeseen situations arise;

• The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately; 

• 43 leave days according to the CAO Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out into your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

This will be your job
As a site manager at Dura Vermeer, you play a key role in our infrastructure projects, from large to small scale. You are responsible for preparation, planning, and execution, while leading colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers. Safety and quality are always your top priorities, and with your positive energy, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. Whether it is a bicycle highway, a waste processing station, or the renovation of a busy street, you monitor the schedule, the budget, and the execution, and report to your supervisor where necessary.
