You have experience with surveying in infra. You have the ambition to continue developing yourself within your field;
You have a valid driver's license, VCA and DVP certificate, and knowledge of (modern) surveying equipment;
Dutch is the working language on our projects; basic knowledge of the Dutch language (at least B1) is required;
Salary from € 3,250.- to € 5,100.- gross per 4 weeks (€ 3,500.- to € 5,500.- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

To expand our department, we are looking for an enthusiastic surveyor who energetically tackles more complex tasks and surveying issues. At Ballast Nedam, you work in a challenging, ambitious, and international company. You report directly to the project manager. As a surveyor, you ensure that your projects are executed optimally and can always rely on accurate measurements. You are the first point of contact for the project organization, which is why maintaining good contact within your project is very important.
All surveying knowledge, from construction to infra, has been brought together within Ballast Nedam in one organization. As a surveyor, you independently carry out measurement activities using GPS and Total Station (Leica). Developments in the field such as BIM to Field, 3D Laser Scanning, robotics, and sensor technology are now commonplace at Ballast Nedam. You are expected to be open to implementing and applying new techniques.
As a surveyor, you often work independently. However, you will tackle some jobs together with colleagues. What always comes first is that you are a team player within the project team. You can rely on the knowledge, experience, and help of your colleagues.
· As a surveyor, your activities consist of preparing and surveying for Ballast Nedam projects
· You are responsible for the correct delivery and processing of the measurement results;
· Advise within the project organization on the execution of surveying and monitoring in a broad sense;
· Together with the project manager, you draw up the capacity planning for your own projects;
· You ensure that the knowledge gained on the project is shared with the other project components in the field of surveying and monitoring.
Your activities take place on various infrastructure projects in the Netherlands, such as the widening of the A27 between Lexmond and Raamsdonkveer, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. Other projects in the Netherlands and abroad are among the possibilities. We have a great diversity of projects, and you will therefore visit different locations to do your work.
