• Experience as a service planner, workshop manager, or in a logistics/planning role.

• Strong organizational skills; you maintain the overview and plan smartly.

• Administrative accuracy; your service orders and schedules are always correct.

• Good communication skills; you interact with technicians, customers, and external parties.

• Solution-oriented thinking; you see where maintenance can best take place.

• Affinity with technology and maintenance; it is a plus if you are familiar with equipment and machines.

• The salary for this position is between €4,020 and €5,026 gross per 4 weeks (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• 38 leave days to recharge properly for full-time employment according to the Metal and Technology collective labor agreement (cao).

You schedule technicians, coordinate service orders, and determine the best location for maintenance in Cruquius, Drachten, Borne, or externally. Thanks to your structure and overview, everything runs like clockwork!

This will be your job
As a Service Planner, you manage the maintenance process. You ensure that breakdowns are handled quickly, parts are ordered in a timely manner, service orders are processed flawlessly, and maintenance is scheduled efficiently. Your goal? The right technician in the right place, with the right resources.

You are the linchpin between the workshop, technicians, and external parties. You monitor capacity, plan smartly, and ensure a flawless service process.

• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities and breakdowns.

• Scheduling technicians and determining where maintenance can best take place.

• Processing service orders and purchase orders, so that everything is administratively correct.

• Optimizing maintenance processes, together with the rental team.

• Approaching external parties for outsourcing where necessary.
