Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Foreman

• Preferably R-DLP certification or the willingness to obtain this
• Knowledge of BRL 7000 is a plus
• Digital skills

• MBO or HBO in Civil Engineering, Environmental Technology, or Landscaping Technology
• Valid VCA certificate

The role
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking charge of complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Foreman, you are not only a project manager, but also a coordinator, team leader, and problem solver in one. You work together with clients, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements. This is a role for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, maintains an overview under pressure, and is not afraid to make decisions.

What you will do
You are responsible for the daily management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You lead your team, ensure the efficient deployment of people and machinery, and keep a sharp eye on ensuring we work safely, with quality, and according to schedule. You are the point of contact for all parties involved, handle the necessary administration, and participate in meetings. In short: you are the pivot around which everything revolves.

Who are you?
You have at least several years of experience as a Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Foreman and feel at home in a project-driven environment. You are someone with an entrepreneurial mentality who enjoys taking responsibility. You think in solutions, communicate clearly, and work in a structured manner. Flexibility is second nature to you – you know that construction projects do not always go according to plan.
