Senior Cost Manager Infrastructure

• HBO or WO background in engineering, business administration, project management, econometrics, technical business administration, or similar.
• In-depth SSK expertise (SSK methodology for cost estimates and guidelines).
• Experience with UAVgc contracts, RAW, and open-book contracts, regarding cost management
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch cost standards, standards, and market prices.
• Benchmarking skills to perform cost comparisons, market analyses, and cost data evaluations.

Due to growth and our ongoing success with clients, Turner & Townsend's Cost Management division in the Netherlands is looking for a qualified and experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our team.

• Collaborating and building good relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Performing pre‑ and post‑contract tasks in the field of quantity surveying, including preparing cost estimates, procurement and tendering processes, contract administration, variations, final accounts, etc.
• Performing cost estimates and cost planning, including the preparation and presentation of the final cost plan.
• Leading the tendering and procurement process, including managing the pre‑qualification phase, preparing the tender list, compiling the preliminaries, tender analyses, preparing tender reports, and compiling contract documents.
• Able to deliver high-quality cost estimates, validations, and cost analyses within complex projects.
