Project controller

As an experienced project controller, you bring at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a complex project environment. You possess HBO/WO (Higher Professional/Academic) working and thinking levels and preferably have completed an education in a business economics direction.

In addition to the above, we value that you possess a decisive personality. You have good interpersonal skills and experience with politically complex organizations. It is also a plus if you have experience with setting up systems, such as 4PS, and working in a data-driven manner. Persuasiveness and communication skills will also come in handy within this role.

• It starts with a good salary between €5005 and €6256 per month. We pay out per 4-week period (13 periods per year), instead of per calendar month;

• 38 leave days in accordance with the CAO Metaal en Techniek;

Whether it concerns time, budget, quality, or safety: as a project controller, you keep a close eye on every aspect of the project. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the setup of our ERP system 4PS to monitoring the working budget and project administration. You safeguard the financial structure of projects.

• You check whether all project data has been entered correctly and on time;

• You compare purchase orders with the working budget, process incoming invoices, and ensure timely payment. Additionally, you prepare periodic financial reports and translate opportunities, risks, and control measures (GROTIK) into clear figures;

• Together with the project manager, you analyze the financial status of the project and report promptly when there are imminent budget overruns;

• You maintain an overview of outgoing installments and the accounts receivable position, and report on these.

From the preparation phase onwards, you are closely involved in the project and actively think along with the team. Through your sharp eye and proactive approach, you contribute to the success of every project.
