This will be your job
You love technology and working on beautiful, challenging infra projects. But at the same time, you don't consider yourself a hardcore technician. As a process manager, you lead the Project Control disciplines within large national tenders and projects. You set up the project structures and systems so that we remain in control. As the linchpin within tender and project teams, you ensure the essential connection between the technology and our clients. You are the co-pilot of the project manager, monitor the GROTIK aspects (Money, Risk, Time, Organization, Information, Quality), and indicate where to steer or switch gears. Like no other, you know how to coach and motivate to raise the project results to a higher level.

· Financial management: including preparing quarterly reports, S-curves, progress statements, and performance declarations.
· Systems Engineering: including dissecting a project, deriving and verifying requirements with Relatics.
· Information management: including managing complex information flows in our core applications SharePoint Online, Relatics, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and PowerBI.
· Quality management: including setting up project-specific management systems, preparing quality plans, and safeguarding knowledge and expertise within the learning organization.
Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, look out for one another, and build with an eye for future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, utility construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the basis for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we are among the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, it is not about those figures for us. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of—iconic and close to home—and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with committed people. That is why we invest in good employer ship and a work environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
As a process manager, you are part of the Project Control department. This team consists of approximately 35 professionals and is the knowledge bearer, manager, and facilitator of the processes and systems within Dura Vermeer's projects. Within this team, there is plenty of room for personal and professional development. You will get the chance to work on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects exceeding 100 million euros. Take the renovation of Nijmegen station, the renewal of the Nieuwe Meer junction near Amsterdam, various dike reinforcement projects such as at Tiel Waardenburg or Arcen, or the construction of land stations.
