Processing Operator I

In the role of Processing Operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, regulating, and adjusting the production line(s). Additionally, performing inspection tasks, cleaning tasks, resolving minor malfunctions, and assisting the technical service department as necessary are part of your duties. You report to the Supervisor. The position is performed in a 5-shift rotation, which also includes working on weekends.

• You are responsible for regulating and controlling the process in your department;

• Together with your colleagues, including those from other departments, you strive for optimal results;

• You see where things can be improved and therefore take initiative;

• You also perform minor maintenance on the machines and assist the technical service when necessary;

• You perform cleaning tasks and you ensure that your department is always kept tidy.

• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and you are not afraid of hard work;

• You possess a completed (operator) education at MBO level 3 or 4, or you are willing to undergo this training;

• You are able to work both independently and in a team, are socially skilled, flexible, and have a hands-on mentality.
