• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, with a focus on non-financial risk.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and their application within organizations.
• Experience with conducting and facilitating risk self-assessments, setting up risk management frameworks, and their implementation.
• Analytical, pragmatic, strong communicator.
• Customer orientation and preferably experience as an (internal) risk consultant.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with IT risk management is a plus.
