HR Manager

• The salary for this position is between €7,610 and € 9,512 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

Are you the people-oriented and data-driven HR Manager who enjoys having multiple areas of focus? Who shapes the right HR policy with the HR MT for Dura Vermeer Division Infra in Utrecht. You help managers get the best out of their teams and contribute to the further professionalization of our organization.

This will be your job
In this position, you are responsible for the staff services of Division Infra (270 FTE). This includes procurement, finance, communication, sustainability, information management, safety, and NEXT, the business unit for technology and innovation. Additionally, you sit in the MT of Dura Vermeer Infra Grondstoffen and manage the HR Business Partner of Dura Vermeer Haven & Industrie. You are a strategic sparring partner for managers and translate the organizational strategy into a concrete HR vision for the areas of focus under your responsibility. You function predominantly at the intersection of strategic and tactical HR, but you also roll up your sleeves when necessary.

In this varied and challenging role, you contribute to organizational development (e.g., in the field of leadership), the implementation of MD policy, HR data, team development, and various other personnel issues. You are people- and result-oriented, and with your knowledge in the field of strategic workforce planning and people analytics, you help our organization take a step further toward more data-driven HR. With your strong organizational sensitivity and advisory skills, you know how to guide and advise managers. Your proactive and positive attitude contributes to the further development and professionalization of the organization.

You will come to work at Dura Vermeer Division Infra and you will also work for the operating company Dura Vermeer Infra Grondstoffen and Dura Vermeer Haven & Industrie. You will primarily work at our office in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn.

• HBO or WO education, for example in the direction of HRM, Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Sciences, Hotel School.

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager in an MT.

• Demonstrable and substantive expertise in the field of people data and analytics is very important to us (please let us know in your cover letter how experienced you are in this area). High degree of organizational sensitivity, excellent communication and advisory skills, data-driven, analytical. 

• A healthy dose of humor.  

• You are available 32 - 40 hours per week (less than 32 hours is not negotiable).
