What we are looking for
You are analytically strong and know how to reduce complex issues to clear and actionable solutions. You switch easily between business and technology and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Complex issues require clear analyses and thoughtful choices. Do you want to act as the bridge between business and technology as a Technical Business Analyst and contribute to the development of digital products used daily by many consumers? Then read on.
What will you do as a Technical Business Analyst?
As a Technical Business Analyst, you translate business goals and user needs into clear, technically substantiated, and actionable changes within the Independer platform. You bring structure to complex issues, ensure that teams understand what is needed and why, and make the impact of changes transparent. In doing so, you make an important contribution to predictable product development and ensure that quality, testability, security, privacy, and manageability are taken into account from the start. Without your analyses, the necessary direction for teams is lacking and decision-making becomes less effective.
Translating user needs and technical insights into concrete solutions.
Analyzing processes, systems, code, APIs, data flows, integrations, and chain dependencies, and translating these into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Preparing refinements, analysis sessions, and decision-making, where you make assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions transparent.
Advising product owners, software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business stakeholders on scope, solution directions, risks, and impact.
Supporting development teams during realization and validation by keeping analyses up to date and quickly providing clarity when new insights arise.
Contributing to standards, templates, documentation, and knowledge sharing to further improve the quality of analyses and collaboration.
Team
Of course, you won't do this alone, but together with a group of friendly and driven colleagues. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating intensively with product owners, software engineers, QA engineers, architects, delivery managers, and business stakeholders. Within this collaboration, you connect different disciplines and ensure that business and technology jointly arrive at well-founded solutions.
Why specifically Independer?
At Independer, you get the space to fathom complex issues and make a direct contribution to digital products used daily by many consumers. You work together with experienced colleagues from various disciplines, where your analyses and advice play an important role in decision-making and product development. Additionally, you get the opportunity to further develop analysis processes and working methods and to continue developing yourself both substantively and professionally.
The DNA of Independer is characterized by optimism, customer focus, and active collaboration. This is reflected in a work environment where you can be completely yourself, have control over your professional development, and receive all the freedom to perform your work according to your own judgment. Additionally, you work in a place where you can play pool or table tennis during breaks, and you also get the opportunity to work hybrid.
We may officially call ourselves a Great Place to Work. We received this title from our colleagues and Great Place to Work Netherlands. What does that mean? Our colleagues call this a pleasant organizational culture where they want to work with much pleasure, trust, and pride.
