The role

Bedrijfsomschrijving

As a Learning & Development Advisor in Amstelveen, you translate KPMG's learning strategy into concrete and actionable learning programs. You develop curricula, coordinate implementation, and work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to continuously improve our learning portfolio. You combine educational knowledge with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • Translate strategic learning objectives into concrete, scalable, and actionable learning programs.
  • Develop and maintain curricula, learning paths, and programs that align with business needs.
  • Coordinate trainers, suppliers, learning materials, learning platforms, and other prerequisites for successful program execution.
  • Advise stakeholders on content, feasibility, priorities, and improvements within the learning portfolio.
  • Manage programs from start to finish and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and results.

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you are part of the Learning & Development Services team at KPMG. This team is responsible for translating strategic learning priorities into high-quality learning programs that can be successfully deployed within the organization.

Within your own portfolio, you are responsible for the substantive development, maintenance, and further development of learning programs. You receive input from the Learning Centre of Excellence and translate this into concrete programs that align with business needs. Within this, you develop programs, learning paths, and curricula, ensuring that learning programs are substantively strong and practically feasible.

You work intensively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gain insight into the knowledge and skills employees need. Through this collaboration, you ensure that programs remain current and align with changing organizational objectives.

Additionally, you play an important role in collaborating with external learning providers. You translate needs into clear assignments, monitor the quality of the provided offering, and maintain sustainable relationships with suppliers. You ensure that programs are developed in a timely manner, meet the agreed objectives, and align with business expectations.

You also contribute to the successful execution of learning programs. You coordinate with trainers, suppliers, and colleagues responsible for the operational organization of training and learning activities. This allows you to ensure that all components connect seamlessly and that programs can be executed efficiently.

Throughout the entire lifecycle of a program, you collect feedback from participants, stakeholders, and suppliers. Based on these insights, you make adjustments where necessary and work continuously to improve the learning portfolio. In this way, you contribute to learning programs that are not only relevant for today but also ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

This position offers a unique opportunity to help build upon the further professionalization of Learning & Development within KPMG. The role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who gains energy from both substantive development and the successful realization and improvement of learning programs.

Experience within professional services or another knowledge-intensive environment is a plus. The same applies to experience with learning platforms, LMS systems, and external training partners.

Functie-eisen

  • A completed education, for example in Educational Science, Learning & Development, HRD, or a similar field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience within Learning & Development, curriculum development, program management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in translating strategic objectives or business needs into concrete learning programs and development paths.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, supplier management, and managing multiple programs or projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, as you collaborate with Dutch-speaking and international stakeholders, suppliers, and learning partners.

  • 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis) and the possibility to buy more days or sell your vacation days.
