• Number of hours (between 32 and 36) and days to be determined in consultation.

• An internship allowance of €400 gross per month based on a full-time internship.

Amsterdam (Mediavaert) - As an intern within our Hospitality & Facility team, you will get the chance to apply your talents and help build the ultimate work experience for thousands of colleagues and visitors. We are looking for an enthusiastic student to help us keep our Amsterdam location vibrant, welcoming, and optimally facilitated. What we do

What will you do?
During your internship, you will work at our headquarters in Amsterdam, where we house over 2000 colleagues in our largest wood-hybrid office. You will assist in organizing internal events, take on facility projects, and get the space to apply your creativity and hospitality.

Your tasks:

• Events & Meetings: You will support the preparation and execution of internal events (including in our Club), manage the event calendar, and coordinate wishes with internal organizers and external partners such as catering, cleaning, and security.

• Community Building: You will come up with, promote, and organize connecting activities, in collaboration with partners such as catering and fitness, to make Mediavaert buzz as a meeting place for all colleagues.

• Hospitality & Experience: During busy moments, you will support the reception team in the entrance hall and contribute ideas on how we can take the hospitality and service experience to a higher level.

• Facility Management: Your sharp eye sees everything; you will support the daily management of our building, workstations, meeting rooms, and facility amenities.
