You have an HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking (an HRM education is a plus);
You have at least four years of demonstrable work experience with HR administration and processes;
You are proactive and open to working with new digital tools, including AI applications;
You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

Nice to have

Preferably, you have knowledge of AFAS Profit.

The role

Amsterdam - Do you have experience in the HR field and do you enjoy working broadly with the administrative handling of onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding? Do you also get energy from making HR work processes smarter and smoother through the use of modern techniques? Do you enjoy informing and advising employees? Then this is the perfect job for you!

What will you do?
As an HR Operations employee, you ensure that all HR activities are carried out accurately. You will join a friendly and self-managing team of seven colleagues. Together, you are responsible for managing the HR administration, while also looking to the future: how can we further digitalize and optimize our processes using new tools and AI?

What you'll do

Accurate administration: together with your colleagues, you ensure the timely processing of changes, employment contracts, and other correspondence;
Process optimization: you show ownership in continuously improving our way of working. You investigate where automation or smart AI support can make our work more efficient;
Advice and regulation: you apply current laws and regulations and the collective labor agreement (CAO) and inform employees and managers about these;
First point of contact: you answer questions about contracts and employment conditions and work closely with HR Consultants and the Payroll department;
Quality control: can something be done smarter or faster? You raise the alarm and implement these improvements together with the team.
