• A completed HBO degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field;

For our headquarters in the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant who is at the beginning of their HR career. Have you recently completed your HBO degree in Human Resource Management or have you already gained some experience within HR? Then we would love to meet you.

Our HR department is fully in development and is working on delivering an excellent employee and manager experience for our more than 1,600 colleagues. In this versatile role, you will get the chance to gain broad HR experience within an international organization, learn from experienced HR professionals, and actively contribute to the further development of our HR services. Therefore, this position forms an excellent first or second step in your HR career.

As an HR Assistant, you are an important point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR issues and administrative processes. You support HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and other HR specialists with various tasks and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly. In addition, you will be given the space to think along about improvements and to further develop yourself within the HR field.

Your responsibilities include:

• You process requests for new employees, draft employment contracts, collect necessary documentation, and ensure correct administration in our HR systems;

• You support payroll changes and check the quality and completeness of data;

• You handle HR questions and tickets from employees and managers and liaise where necessary with specialist HR teams, such as Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility;

• You identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and procedures and actively contribute to optimizations and HR projects.
