Facility Management internship

Our headquarters in De Pijp is the place where we work together, have fun, and enjoy each other's company. To ensure we continue doing this, we are looking for a Facility Management intern. As a Facility Management intern, you will be the connector within our company alongside the Office Manager and will help create a great atmosphere and a pleasant and efficient working environment. Will you come and strengthen our team?

Together with the Office Manager, you will ensure that our headquarters is a place where people love to come to work. You will help with everything happening in the facility area: from supplies and maintenance to lunch and events, and you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues. No two days are the same, and you will get plenty of room to think along and take initiative.

Extra fun: in January, we are moving to a brand-new office, namely CTPark. So you will be joining exactly in time to help build our new workplace! In the lead-up to the move, you will think along about the layout, the moving plan, and everything that comes with it. During and after the move, you will help with the furnishing and decoration of the building. How do we ensure that the office is not only beautiful, but also truly feels like Crisp? You get to think along about that extensively!

• Your internship includes, among other things, the following challenges:

• Together with the Office Manager, you will manage the supplies, coordinate facility activities, and identify what needs to be addressed.

• You are responsible for the internal Office ticketing system and will carefully process incoming tickets.

• You will think along and work on the move to our new office: from layout and moving planning to the decoration of the building.

• You will help daily with providing an extensive internal lunch and think along about company outings, drinks, and parties.

• You will process the mail and orders that arrive via parcel post.

• The Office team is the calling card of Crisp. From colleagues and applicants to suppliers and other visitors: you ensure that everyone feels welcome.

• You see opportunities to arrange things more smartly, funnier, or better, and you get the space to get to work on those yourself.

• Together with our HR team, you will contribute to the happiness of our colleagues and ensure that our Crisp culture and core values are reflected everywhere.

For your HBO (higher professional education) studies, you are looking for a full-time working internship. Additionally, you possess the following:

• You are currently following an HBO program.

• You are available for at least 5 months.

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.

• You are a representative, welcoming, and connecting colleague.

• You are organizationally strong and work in a structured manner.

• You are well able to work independently and proactively.

• You like to roll up your sleeves.

• You would like to further develop in the field of Facility/Office Management.
