Facility Management Operations stage

Crisp is a company that thinks about the future of groceries to get them to the customer as sustainably and as quickly as possible. During this internship, you will work with us in our warehouses. As a Facility intern, together with the facility department, you are responsible for all Crisp locations and help create a pleasant atmosphere at all locations to provide everyone with all facility amenities and a pleasant and efficient working environment. Will you join our team starting from February 2027?

Together with the Facility team, you are responsible for our Warehouse in Amsterdam. You ensure that optimization is achieved in inventory management, internal transport equipment, maintenance, and process. Additionally, you oversee the availability of stock and provide support in ADHOC projects and tasks. You strive to make the Crisp culture live even more within the entire organization. Your internship includes, among other things, the following challenges:

• Together with the Facility department, you manage the supply, coordinate facility activities, and get to work with maintenance tasks.

• You organize facility activities, such as process improvements, and you will conduct research into cost reduction & sustainability.

• You play a role in the projects to provide the warehouses with the right facility amenities.

• The Facility team provides support at the Crisp locations. From suppliers to other visitors, you are the first point of contact and support the warehouse in maintenance and project management.

• You contribute ideas for plans to expand and improve the facility amenities in our Warehouse so that costs are saved but work can also be carried out efficiently.

• You help make visible where the costs lie in our maintenance process and where we can achieve the most savings.

• Together with our Facility team, you will research the possibilities for cost savings in the facility area and, in broad terms, with our core values.

For your HBO (Higher Professional Education) studies, you are looking for a full-time working internship. Additionally, you possess the following:

• You are currently following an HBO program.

• You are available for at least 5 months.

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week for a working internship/research internship (in consultation).

• You are a representative and entrepreneurial colleague

• You are strong in planning and work in a structured manner.

• You are well able to work independently and proactively.

• You are a go-getter and are not afraid to take action yourself.

• You are detailed in your research and solution-oriented

• You are studying Facility Management / Business Administration / Technical Business Administration.
