Facility Management Internship

• You are following an MBO or HBO program in Facility Management, Facility Management Leadership, or a similar program;

• You have an interest in facility processes, hospitality, and sustainability and enjoy being active both operationally and organizationally;

• You are proactive, independent, organized, and service-oriented and enjoy working together with colleagues and external parties;

• You are communicatively strong and have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

• An internship allowance of €650 per month;

For our beautiful Basecamp, we are looking for an enthusiastic Facility Management intern to help us organize, coordinate, and improve our facility services. You will join our professional and Rotterdam-based Team, where collaboration, flexibility, and team spirit are central. Our Basecamp is the place where colleagues, visitors, and relations come together. Behind a pleasant, safe, and well-organized work environment lies a world of facility processes. During your internship, you will get the chance to discover these processes up close, actively participate in the daily operations, and think along about how we can further professionalize our services. From supplier management and workplace management to hospitality and sustainability: no two days are the same!

• You support the coordination and optimization of facility processes and the management of our work environment, such as workstations, meeting rooms, and general facilities;

• You maintain contact with suppliers and facility service providers, identify malfunctions, and think along about suitable solutions and improvements;

• You support the facility organization of meetings, gatherings, and internal events within our Basecamp;

• You actively think along about sustainability, efficiency, and improving our facility services and are given the space to take on your own improvement project;

• You support hospitality and reception duties where necessary and work together with the team to ensure a welcoming and professional reception.

• You are preferably available immediately for 32 to 40 hours per week;
