Mergers & Acquisitions Intern

Do you want to work directly on national and international deals, financing, and valuation issues at the number 1 Corporate Finance advisor? As an intern at KPMG Corporate Finance, you play an important role during various phases of a transaction. 

• Performing market and company-specific analyses
• Assisting with the performance of financial analyses and business valuations 
• Collaborating with M&A sector experts within multidisciplinary deal teams
• Excelling in both quantitative analyses and the creation of presentations

During a shadowing internship, you will work directly on ongoing deals to gain as much practical experience as possible. KPMG clients include national and international medium-sized enterprises, private equity houses, startups, financial institutions, and (semi-)government institutions.

The M&A team of KPMG engages in the development and execution of mergers and acquisitions. The team offers amongst others sell-side and buy-side advisory services to a wide variety of clients including large corporates, privately-owned companies and private equity. As an intern, you will be staffed as a full member of the team, work along junior and senior team members and assist in all aspects of our work allowing you to fully experience the M&A process.You will be actively involved in assisting the execution of transactions, preparing client presentations, support on financial analyses and valuation models, performing market research and finding potential buyers and targets in various industries. This internship is a great opportunity to receive on-the-job training and get the chance to experience M&A and the KPMG team.
