🎓 You have at least an MBO diploma or comparable level.

⏰ Flexible with working hours; available from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 23:00. Able to work at least 24 hours a week, being able to specify availability for 2 evenings until 23:00 and mornings from 08:00.

🗣️ You speak and write fluent Dutch and can also communicate in English.

🌟 You are result-oriented and always put customers first.

👂 A sharp listening ear and quick to recognize customer needs.

💻 Good technological skills and working effortlessly with computer systems.

At BOL., we ensure personal contact between customer and company. We are committed to putting a smile on every customer's face.

Customers will contact you to ask questions about packages, deliveries, payments, returns, products, and more. You provide advice on products and answer questions about an order or payment. You help customers via various communication channels such as chat, email, and telephone. You will start with training on 1 channel and expand to the channels.

You know how to exceed customer expectations with your unique and personal service. You will get the freedom to make real contact with the customer in a BOL way. You will start with a fully paid training that prepares you to help customers with all their questions.
