* A starting salary of €15.28 gross per hour;

Do you enjoy being the person who quickly helps people back on track? For Ayvens, we are looking for customer service representatives to help current and future lease drivers with various questions. No two days are the same: you think along, look for solutions, and ensure that every customer knows exactly where they stand.

Of course, you don't need to know everything about leasing yet. During the paid training, you will learn everything you need to help customers further with confidence. A varied role with a lot of customer contact, in which you can work partly from home.

What will you be doing in this role?

For an assignment at Ayvens, you will work as the first point of contact for current and future lease drivers. They will contact you with various questions regarding their lease car and services.

You listen well, ask the right questions, and look for a suitable solution. Sometimes you can help someone immediately, and sometimes you look something up for the customer or coordinate with another department. Whatever the question may be: you ensure clear, friendly, and personal communication.

Precisely because you deal with all kinds of different questions and situations, the work remains varied and you constantly learn more about the world of leasing.

💬 You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

💻 You can switch well between different systems on the computer.
