Customer Service Representative

• Speaking and writing flawless Dutch.
• At least 18 years old, because then you are allowed to participate in our working hours.
• Available for 24, 28, 32, or 40 hours per week. You work at least 2 days between 14:00 and 18:00.
• Available every other Friday afternoon or on Saturday.
• Being within 90 minutes of Rotterdam Centraal. Quite handy if you work at the office 2 times per month.
• Following the full-time onboarding program, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.

• A salary of € 14.71 per hour.
• Monthly allowance of up to € 45 net for a fast internet connection and your coffee.
• 8% holiday allowance, pension accrual, and 29 vacation days with a full-time contract.

As a customer service representative, you deliver a smile to our customers. Via telephone and chat, you help customers with questions about the ordered product, the delivery, or the payment. You are good at managing customer expectations and only hang up once there is a solution. With us, you get the space to truly help a customer.

• Listening well, asking the right questions, and finding the best possible solution for the customer.
• Working via chat and telephone: you can communicate and multitask like a boss.
• Holding your own during difficult customer inquiries or when facing customer resistance.
