Do you enjoy being the person who helps customers further and do you love variety in your work? For Ayvens, we are looking for customer service representatives for Collections and Sales. You will help customers with payment inquiries and contact new leasing drivers to guide them further with their order. In doing so, you think along and ensure that every customer knows what the next step is.

During the paid training and onboarding period, you will learn what you need to help customers with confidence. A varied role in which you combine telephone customer contact with administration and can work partly from home.

What will you be doing in this role?

For an assignment at Ayvens, you will be working with accounts receivable management and outbound customer contact. You will divide your activities approximately equally: 50% of your time is spent on the financial side and 50% on calling customers.

Within accounts receivable management, you follow up on outstanding payments, send payment reminders, and make clear payment arrangements where necessary. You also support the processing and offering of credit and debit amounts at the bank. Additionally, you occasionally answer incoming calls regarding payments.

For outbound customer contact, you call new customers who have already ordered a lease car but have not yet completed all the steps. You offer support, answer additional questions, and help them further in the process. In this way, you ensure clear and personal guidance both for payment inquiries and for a new order.
