🔹 Your role: You are central to customer interaction for one of the Netherlands' most prominent economic newspapers. Assist customers with questions regarding payments, deliveries, and more, and turn every contact moment into a surprise and positive experience. With your support, we stimulate an informed society and promote economic growth.

How you'll work

🔹 What we are looking for:

  • 📍 Ready to attend training sessions and work at our office in Arnhem
  • ⏰ Minimum of 24 hours availability within our opening hours between 07:30 and 18:00.
  • 💻 Proficient with computer systems
  • 🗣 Excellent in both Dutch and English
