Customer Service Representative - 24 hours (2 months)

As a Customer Service Representative at America Today and MS Mode, no two days are the same. You are the first point of contact for customers in the Netherlands and beyond. Via telephone, email, chat, and social media, you help with questions about orders, products, or other topics, always with a smile. You think along, solve problems quickly, and know how to turn every complaint into a compliment.

This concerns a temporary position between April and June, in which you work 24 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Two days a week you work at our office in Diemen and on Friday from home, so nice and flexible.

• You have experience in a similar role (or you just learn very quickly).

• You speak and write fluent Dutch, and if you can also speak German or French, that is a big plus.

• You are handy with computers, keep your cool in a dynamic environment, and always know how to find your way.

• You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and always cheerful. For you, the glass is not just half full, but perhaps even overflowing!

• We may need you extra much from time to time when a colleague is off, so hopefully you are a bit flexible!
