Customer Service Representative

As a customer service employee, you are the primary point of contact for our business and private lease customers. You ensure they can hit the road without a care, whether it concerns a maintenance service, damage, tire changes, the delivery of a new car, or replacement transport. You arrange it. You coordinate with workshops, dealers, and internal departments, and ensure that everything is properly recorded in our systems. You handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat. You also tackle incoming complaints with a smile, ensuring they are handled correctly and the customer hangs up satisfied.

You are someone who loves customer contact, but also enjoys organizing, coordinating, and solving problems. You are independent, think ahead, and maintain an overview even during busier moments. • MBO work and thinking level;

• Good command of the Dutch language (English is a plus);

• Full-time availability (32-40 hours negotiable);
