🔹 Your role: You are central to the customer interaction for one of the Netherlands' most prominent economic newspapers. Assist customers with questions regarding payments, deliveries, and more, and turn every contact moment into a surprise and positive experience. With your support, we stimulate an informed society and promote economic growth.

How you'll work

  • 📍 Ready to attend training and work at our office in Arnhem
  • ⏰ Minimum of 24 hours availability within our opening hours between 07:30 and 18:00.
  • 💻 Proficient with computer systems
  • 🗣 Excellent in both Dutch and English
