What will you do?
From the Borchland location, a former golf course in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, to the Stadshavens area development in Groningen, as a real estate developer at VolkerWessels Vastgoed, you will work on high-profile projects that transform cities and enrich lives. As a real estate developer, you are the driving force behind the planning procedures, environmental management, and the management of the passionate development and construction team. With your visionary approach, you ensure that every project becomes a valuable addition to our portfolio.

You are responsible for initiating, developing, and guiding projects from the acquisition phase through to completion. You are the point of contact for all parties involved. You lead a multidisciplinary team. You monitor the progress, quality, and budget of the project, and you identify and manage risks. You are creative and solution-oriented to achieve the best results.

• A relevant HBO or WO degree and at least 10 years of experience in project development.

• A passion for sustainable and innovative living environments and a track record in complex urban and area developments.

• A talent for team leadership and stakeholder management.

• A commercial and entrepreneurial attitude and a strong network in the sector.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language.

• Preferably residing in Central Netherlands and the willingness to travel.
