To supplement our team, we are looking for a Planner. As a Planner at Goossen Te Pas, you will work on progressive construction projects where innovation and quality are central. Your location is our beautiful and easily accessible office in Enschede.

Your day starts with a cup of coffee as you walk into your office, and after that, you join the project meeting. Together with the project manager, you discuss the adjusted details of a special canopy construction. You have already checked the feasibility with the structural engineer, you convince the architect of the aesthetic appearance, and you know exactly where the necessary ventilation openings must go. While others cannot quite imagine it yet, you have already processed that challenge into a technically feasible solution. That is where your strength lies.

As a Planner, you make the translation from design to execution. You check BIM models and drawings, further elaborate on details, and support procurement and execution. From foundation to roof edge: you maintain the overview, ask critical questions, and think ahead. And you don't do it alone. Together with your colleagues, we build beautiful projects and a pleasant working atmosphere.

And furthermore:

• Check your documents for completeness, quality, and feasibility;

• Identifying, registering, and handling extra and reduced work, and monitoring budgets and schedules;

• You safeguard the integrity of the design during execution;

• Managing subcontractors and suppliers and maintaining contact with the project manager, site manager, and fellow planners.

You are someone who wants to further develop in the field of civil engineering and you have an affinity for organizing and preparing projects. You have a sharp eye for detail, are communicative, and are eager to learn. Additionally, you enjoy working with 3D models.

You show initiative and are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders.
