This is us
With an impressive portfolio of +5,000 homes, JPO is the largest project developer in Limburg. As a proud subsidiary of VolkerWessels, we combine impact with local involvement.
Developing is beautiful, but for JPO, it is not the essence. Our happiness is about people. We want to leave something behind that matters, to add something that is not yet there. To connect and amaze people. Together with our team and the partners around us, to contribute to a healthy living environment.
Places where people feel at home and can be themselves. Projects we are proud of. We seek balance between social and economic returns. We work with soul and business acumen. That is what drives and distinguishes us. Our distinctive projects, such as the Veilingterrein in Venlo and Aan de Vallei in Roermond, are living proof of that.
Our new and informal office in Roermond is bursting with energy. Here, we shape the growth of JPO together. We work hard, but we also find it important to relax together. We have communal lunches, laugh a lot, and regularly do something together outside of working hours. That is JPO.
At JPO, you get the space to make an impact. To think along, to develop, and to grow. In an informal atmosphere, with short lines of communication and a close-knit team of passionate professionals.
