• HBO or WO level and 5 to 7 years of experience with retail projects.

What do you do as Manager Store Real Estate & Construction at Coolblue?
You run the entire portfolio of store construction and renovation. You lead a team of project leaders and project coordinators. You design processes and templates smartly, so that we can build scalably. You tackle risks early and communicate quickly with, among others, the Formula Manager, Store Operations, IT, and Finance. Example projects: building new stores, renovating existing stores, managing relocations, setting up framework agreements with construction partners, and implementing process improvements.
