A look behind the scenes in our production, a colleague who has achieved something special, or a project we are proud of: plenty happens at De Mors to tell about. We are looking for someone who sees these stories, gathers them, and knows how to translate them into good communication.

That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant for 20-24 hours per week.

In this role, you will work on the visibility of De Mors, both externally and within our own organization.

You will receive a broad and varied range of tasks and plenty of room to take initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and keeping our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages up to date;

• Setting up, managing, and keeping a TikTok account up to date;

• Actively gathering interesting stories, projects, and developments within De Mors;

• Creating and writing attractive content for our various communication channels;

• Keeping our website and careers website up to date, in collaboration with our ICT Assistant;

• Thinking along about labor market communication and employer branding;

• Organizing our visibility at trade fairs, open days, and schools;

• Creating and coordinating our internal (WAVE) quarterly newsletter;

• Supporting internal communication and organizing various moments and activities within De Mors.

In this position, you won't just be sitting behind your desk. It is precisely by regularly walking into the organization, speaking with colleagues, and seeing what is happening, that the best stories arise.

You know what is interesting for social media, think about how we present De Mors as an employer, and ensure our communication remains recognizable and up to date. In doing so, you will be given the space to come up with your own ideas and develop them.

We are looking for someone who is creative, makes contact easily, and above all, takes initiative. You don't have to wait for someone to tell you what you can write a post about, but you go out and look for subjects and opportunities yourself.
