Senior Consultant - Real Estate & Asset Management - Strategy & Operations

• Developing strategies for real estate investors and developers
• Formulating housing strategies and proposals for cost reductions
• Thinking along with real estate professionals to improve their organization
• Including board members of large real estate parties in your advice
• Being able to organize projects independently and mentor junior colleagues

On a daily basis, you are engaged in strategy formation, analyzing and optimizing real estate portfolios, making large Dutch real estate companies more efficient and future-proof, and helping to make the sector more innovative and sustainable.

The Real Estate team falls within the Strategy & Operations - Financial Services team, which consists of professionals who have expertise within the sector in the fields of strategy, innovation, sustainability, stakeholder management, process optimization, and transactions. It is part of the Global Strategy Group of KPMG. The team focuses on clients in the financial sector and serves 3 different segments: banks, insurers, and real estate companies.

Strategy & Operations - Financial Services | Working at KPMG

• Master's degree in real estate management, Real Estate Finance, or Management in the Built Environment
• At least 3 years of relevant  work experience in the real estate sector and/or consulting 
• Demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience in the real estate sector 
• A network within the real estate sector
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English at a minimum of C1 level

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.
