The role
As a Road Construction Foreman, you play a crucial role in our team. You are responsible for managing a team of motivated professionals on various projects. Your expertise and leadership ensure that our projects are executed efficiently, with an eye for quality and safety.
What you'll do
For our diverse infra projects, we are looking for reinforcement for our team. As a Foreman, you will have the following tasks:
- operationally managing the skilled workers and groundworkers and coordinating daily activities.
- Ensuring a good distribution of work and solving any problems on the shop floor.
- Performing quality controls and ensuring that the road construction projects meet the set standards and specifications.
- Managing materials and resources to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other involved parties to guarantee a successful execution of the project.
