Construction Planner Non-Residential Construction

• Relevant work experience as a construction planner / BIM engineer within non-residential construction or complex residential construction.

Are you strong in planning and organizing, communicatively skilled, solution-oriented, and do you also have:

• A completed MBO or HBO education, for example in Civil Engineering, Built Environment, or a similar (construction) technical education

• The salary for this position is between €4,291 and €5,364 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• 43 vacation days with the possibility to have a maximum of 13 paid out.

Are you the Construction Planner who loves complex non-residential construction projects? Whether it is a town hall, a school building, or a technically challenging office building; you love complexity, think ahead, and ensure that all disciplines align seamlessly.

From the moment the technical design is ready, you are responsible, together with the project manager, for the preparation of complex non-residential construction projects. Think of sustainable office buildings, educational institutions, healthcare buildings, and multifunctional facilities. You draw up procurement schedules, request quotes, compare them, and manage the procurement of materials and subcontractors.

In addition, you are the director of the BIM model. You ensure that architectural, structural, and installation engineering disciplines align seamlessly and translate this into an executable schedule and clear working drawings for the execution team. You also monitor the progress and finances of the project.

You work daily with colleagues, suppliers, advisors, and subcontractors. You bring all parties together, maintain an overview, and ensure that agreements are met. Furthermore, with your technical knowledge, you make an important contribution to design and tender processes for future projects.
