Would you like to work as an infrastructure works planner on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands? You will work on groundbreaking projects from the design phase to execution, with attention to the sustainability ambitions of Dura Vermeer. Think along with us about how we can build more digitally and innovatively, and discover how you, as a works planner, can complement our team with your knowledge and skills.
As an infrastructure project planner, you bear responsibility for the technical and organizational preparation of the project, from design to execution. You ensure that all necessary data is available and correct, process changes and extra or reduced work, and ensure that everything complies with laws and regulations. With a sharp eye for detail, you provide crucial information to the execution team, so they can perform their work without problems. Together with the project management, you work on a tight schedule and contribute to realizing a streamlined and innovative end result. Through your contribution, you make an impact not only on the infrastructure but also on the sustainability of mobility in the Netherlands.
You will strengthen the team of Dura Vermeer Infra National Projects. You will end up on one of our larger challenging projects, such as PHS Nijmegen or in the future ViA15: extension of the A15 and widening of the A12 and A15. You will join a team where collaboration is highly valued. Not unimportant: Dura Vermeer is a family business, and that is something you can feel both within your project team and within your department.
The salary for this position is between €4,291 and €6,256 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;
On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);
43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;
A laptop and a smartphone;
Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;
You have the choice between a mobility budget, NS Business Card, or an electric lease car;
With a contract for an indefinite period, you can choose a brand-new (electric) bicycle thanks to our partnership with lease-a-bike;
Much attention to your growth thanks to our own Dura Vermeer Academy with plenty of education and training opportunities within your field, but also, for example, in the area of vitality;
Company fitness scheme with a choice from a sports offering of over 3,500 sports locations throughout the Netherlands;
A good work-life balance thanks to a flexible working policy and smooth arrangements for working hours, working times, emergencies, caregiving, or sabbatical;
For new fathers and partners: 100% continued payment of your salary during the 5 weeks of supplementary birth leave, instead of the standard 70%.

Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, look out for one another, and build with an eye for future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, utility construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the basis for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we are among the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, it is not about those figures for us. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of—iconic and close to home—and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with committed people. That is why we invest in good employer ship and a work environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
