the timely execution of the work in relation to the surroundings within the set schedules and budgets. In this dynamic, varied role, you are constantly busy coordinating and leading production at the highest level. You are responsible for instruction and coordination, daily management on the construction site, instructing and coordinating personnel, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and overseeing the timely and correct execution of the activities.

Furthermore…

• you are entrepreneurial and manage your work within the framework of the project. You 'drive' the execution of the project;
• you have daily management over the execution of the project;
• you have a proactive attitude: problems are to be prevented, only then to be solved;
• the use of LEAN tools is familiar to you; you are an enthusiastic ambassador of this methodology;
• you are responsible for realizing the project within the set budget and timeframe;
• you manage the planning and process design and monitor the execution;
• you provide the input for overall planning and phasing, and in consultation with our planners, you draw up the 6-week schedules;
• you perform quality and progress controls on the executed activities;
• you ensure equipment and material planning, including their management;
• you are responsible for progress, finances, quality, safety, working conditions, and the environment;
• you are responsible for conducting start-of-work briefings and HSE instructions;
• you ensure the delivery of information to the project leader for effective personnel staffing;
• you are responsible for reports (including man-hours, yields, inspections, WPI, TBT) on the construction site;
• you track additional and/or less work and report on this to the project manager;
• you work in accordance with QHSE rules within BESIX and act as a BHV-er (Emergency Response Officer) on location…
