Project Manager New Construction

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in realizing elevator installations in the Eastern Netherlands. You will work on less complex, high-volume projects and grow towards larger, more complex projects. Together with experienced colleagues, you will guide project phases, monitor progress, and consult with customers. You will be part of an enthusiastic team that focuses on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction!

• Independently designing and preparing project plans
• You are responsible for the entire process: from kick-off to the delivery of the elevators
• You keep costs, planning, and safety under control
• You maintain customer contact and help keep expectations clear and realistic
• You develop insight into project finances and support reporting and invoicing
• Collaborating with fellow Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors in the field

Your profile

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level. A background in the direction of project management, business administration, or technology is a plus;
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and responsible;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Administrative skills (handling systems), cost awareness, and project management skills;
• Resilient to stress, able to switch gears, customer-oriented, and creative;
• Affinity with technology is a plus.
