Royal Swinkels is undergoing its largest business transformation in years, with various entities having already migrated to new systems. As a Business Process Expert, you will contribute to this by participating in business projects and/or S/4HANA rollout projects for the benefit of this transformation. You will be involved in designing and improving business processes. Together with the departments involved in the process from order processing to invoicing (Order to Cash), you are looking for the most ideal process. In doing so, you will handle gathering business requirements, testing processes, and training users, while also ensuring that the way of working aligns well across different breweries, various market warehouses, and sales organizations.
You translate questions and wishes from the business into processes that are supported in our new SAP environment.
You set up business processes and ensure they can be put into use by the business. Improving and changing is something you can really sink your teeth into.
You ensure the testing of new processes and, together with departments, process these into new working procedures and provide training.
You monitor the success of processes and signal opportunities for improvement. In doing so, you are able to look across different departments.
