Senior Advisor Organization and Design Social Domain

Do you want to use your passion for the social domain to help municipalities and implementing organizations make strategic design choices? Do you have experience with organizational design and are you driven by the content of the social domain? Think of issues relating to the positioning of neighborhood teams, the design of the social domain within the municipal organization, and the way in which cooperation with the many stakeholders takes shape.

As a senior consultant for organization and design, you will work on strategic assignments for administrators and managers of municipalities, partnerships, and implementing organizations. In this role, you help diverse organizations in the (re)design and implementation of a new organizational structure. In practice:

• you guide change and transformation projects within the social domain

• you design appropriate organizational and cooperation structures

• you advise administrators and managers on leadership and organizational issues, governance, and regional cooperation

• you lead multiple projects simultaneously and work in various teams, where you have the leadership and direction

• you collaborate with highly skilled colleagues, develop propositions, acquire new assignments, and utilize your network to increase the impact of Berenschot.

• Examples of trajectories include:

• Advising a municipality on the governance and structure regarding municipal access to care and support (for example, a neighborhood team).

• Designing and guiding an organizational change trajectory within the social domain of a large municipality.

• Evaluating, designing, and/or executing an improvement trajectory for a regional partnership.

• Providing substance and execution to regional cooperation agreements (for example, regarding the AZWA).

• Guiding a reorganization at a youth care provider.

You work closely with colleagues within your team and with experts from other advisory groups within Berenschot. Together, you develop solutions that are practically applicable and actually lead to change.

You will work within the Social Domain team, part of the Health and Social Development advisory group. Our assignments touch on themes such as 'debt', 'youth care', 'Wmo and participation', and 'integration'. We combine strategic advice with implementation power, and often work multidisciplinarily with other teams within Berenschot.

• You have at least five years of relevant work experience in organizational development.

• You have experience with reorganizing.

• You know the social domain and the municipal world well.

• You are entrepreneurial and commercial and have a strong network that you actively maintain.
